I'm not sure what you mean when you say he never reacts when you invite him to come over. Do you mean he does not come over? Or if he comes over does he not become romantic if that is what you are expecting? He may be extremely shy or not very confident. Some people are just not reactive to much of anything. Be sure this is the kind of person you want in your life. It could become pretty boring after awhile.

How do you know he likes you in return? When you invite him over where do you invite him to? What do you mean he never reacts? Answer these in the add details section...

I would just try being frieds with him for awhile like talking about each others likes and dislikes, your interest about your future goals as far as carear goes. Maybe this person is shy in some ways and don't know how to respond incertain ways.

Get him alone somewhere and mention to him that you wanted to go out with him sometime and get to know him out of the office. If he does not go for that then he is not interested in you. Be honest and things will work out. You just have to be patient and approach him in a soft mannor not as to jump him but to "get to know him" if that works then you can call it a date once you are at dinner then you are on your way.

due to the way sexual harrassment laws are alot of guys are afraid to react due to fear of getting in trouble cause they are afraid they may be reading ya wrong. Just tell the guy straight up how ya feel and see where it goes.
