It sounds nuts but drink more water. Most people retain water because they don't consume enough therefore their body holds on to it because it's vital in many biological processes. If your body becomes accustomed to getting enough water then the rate at which you purge it increases dramatically.Staying well hydrated is important anyway because things like urea and nitrogen are expelled when you perspire or urinate.Getting enough B complex can help ensure that your bodies regulatory system in this aspect is functioning properly. Also avoid excessive use of caffeine or other diuretics because this will also make your body rid more water through a less natural mechanism thus retaining excessive amounts subcutaneously.

Hi
This plan worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

Water retention is caused by dehydration. Your body is clinging to your the water inside (retaining it). Drink water as often as you can and your water retention will go away plus you will lose a few lbs of water weight.
Drinking water also helps your body metabolize fat easier and faster.
