If you match mentally, that's all that matters. One of the best couples I've ever known is a girl who is 5' 11" and the guy is 5' 4". He is also 11 years older than her.
However, I've never known a couple that belonged together more. A mutual friend said it best, "They share a brain." And that's really how it seems. They don't just finish each other's sentences, they say the exact same thing at the exact same time. They are definitely meant to be together.
A four inch difference isn't that bad. If you get along, if you feel like soul mates, don't worry about physical appearances and differences.

I mean, seriously, it's a four inch difference...
and good luck finding any girls taller than 5'8"
I'm 5'10" and my girlfriend is 5'4" and we don't have any kind of problems whatsoever related to height. Even sex isn't that big an issue in regards to height.
But then again, maybe to you and her, it's of extreme importance that you two are the same height.

Stop it. You and this woman like each other. You cant let people on the outside define your relationship.
But...if push comes to shove, she can wear all flats and you can get some lifts put in your shoe.
Truth be told, I like wearing heels and if I was dating a guy shorter than me and he couldnt get over the height thing so I can wear my shoes, I would get over him. Why be bothered with someone who lets outside forces dictate to him.

so what my boyfriend is like 5 inches shorter and 3 years younger it really is okay we like each other alot to dont worry about it come to think of it most of the girls were I live are taller than there short boyfriends its cool dude

It's a problem if you think it's a problem. Obviously there's nothing you can do about it (short of wearing high heels... just kidding). If you like each other, that's what matters.
