Jae I think has it. I would modify and say you need to do Cardio everyday, no FAST FOOD at all, healthy foods and more often. Get the whole stuff (carrots, fruit, whole wheat bread), etc. If you have a craving go for a carrot, celery, nuts (watch which types), or brush your teeth (talk about killing your appetite...tooth brushing always does it). Smaller meals more often with exercise and drinking ONLY water (no juices, pop, coffee, etc.) should drop it.

Eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours. That will speed up your metabolism. Do not eat carbs including fruit. Fruit has alot of carbs as well. Eat plenty of lean protein and vegetables. Exercise EVERY day and I am sure you will look great for your sister's wedding.

cut out all starches....no pasta, bread, chips, potatoes.
cut out all sweets.
Eat good amount of green crunchy veggies like broccoli, green peppers.
Move to eating foods that are higher in protein - cheeses (mozarella best), low fat/low carb yogurt, turkey bacon, egg whites, peanuts (in moderation, handful a day).
Eat 4-5 smaller meals a day. Cut back on soda and drink water.
Finally, if you are a carb-a-holic like me and have to have bread, eat bread in morning but make sure majority of calories come from protein. Like wheat toast with peanut butter.
Walk 3x per week for 20 minutes to get heart rate up.
Worked for me.

If you know of a nurse or dr. personally you can get two pills called lacix (not sure of the spelling). Anyway, it's a very strong water pill. They give it to heart patients to get the fluid around their heart and lungs to dissapate. I took it once and lost 10 pounds in two days.
