Cats and toilet paper??? WHY??

Got your attention, didn't it? Anyway, why do cats attack toilet paper so viciously? My cat has destroyed four rolls this week.

It appears to be related to their primary function in life, which is to be a pain in the nuts to humans.

My cat used to do that! He would just keep making the paper roll down until it was all over the floor and then he would shred it. Eventually i had to move the litter box and food and water out of the bathroom and shut the door. He had plenty of toys and a carpet thing to claw and he still loved the toilet paper. For some reason he loved the paper grocery bags that were from the store too. He would hide in them and jump on them ...ect

I figure it's because cats are put on this earth to torment us. And they do this in the cutest way possible so we can't scold them TOO badly. Keep the bathroom door closed. Easy to do.

MY cats save all their most rambunctious play for 4 a.m.. Last night it was WWE wrestling, with all the attendant sound effects.

LOL!! Hey...I used to have to watch for my little ones to not attack it. At least when a kid attacks it, you can roll it back up!! One of mine tossed the whole roll into the toilet....still rolled up!!! ARGH!!! hang your paper holder higher maybe??

Well I guess if we were cats it would be fun. I can imagine how fun it would be to swing on a curtain. That would be awesome. Maybe I was a cat in my past life. LOL.

hah my cat used to do that too. We just yelled 'no' at her whenever she did it. She's about 3 now, and she's just grown out of it I guess. I imagine it's fun :]
