you could use a program called Nero Burning Rom and select the option there to create an 'Audio CD' (if you want to play the files with a CD player or stereo) OR you could select the option to burn MP3s and this would play with most mp3 cd players as well as computers.

you could downlaod a Nero Trial from this site

http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/nero7-demo.php

it includes nero burning rom among other software.

open writer program such as nero
insert a blank cd into the drive tray
u would proberly get a wizard coming on the screen when u open nero, choose data cd. next
goto the folder where the files are held and drag the contains across to the other folder.
and then choose burn at the top of the screen..
very simple, i would advise reading the manual for your writer program since this also explains.

since most query people have can be found in the manuals of the program.
