It is possible, but it will take longer. If trying to lose weight from diet alone, don't expect to lose more than a pound a week. BUT THAT IS VERY GOOD. Just make sure you set reasonable goals.

yeah, it is possible. But really, to lose a healthy amount of weight and keep it off, you should lose up to 2 lbs a week. Just try eating less food and when it feels like you are hungry, you might just be dehydrated, so drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. It isn't a very good idea to count calories all the time, so im not telling you to live by this, but... 3500 calories = 1 lb. So if you want to lose weight, cut 500 calories from your daily intake and you should lose 1 lb a week. But if you work out and just lose 500 calories, which depending on what you are doing could be a 45 min work out. Try the elpticals, i also get tired really fast, but the elipticals are really nice. even if you just work of 250 or even 100, its better than nothing :)

Of course it is possible to lose weight only with a appropriate diet, but remember exercising is not only good for loosing weight it is good for your health, at the beginning I know is not easy but 1 or 2 weeks later you will fell so strong and so different it worst.
If you get bored try with the treadmill in front of a TV. The time would fly and you would not notice…. It happened to me.
And if you still feel bad - go and check yourself with a doctor to be sure what the problem is.

WHOA there, talk to a doctor. What exercises do you do that make you dizzy? If it is aerobic do something low impact (swimming or water aerobics, walking on a good treadmill) with your doctor's approval. Check out your insurance plan, they may have plans or advice. You can lose weight through diet alone. Shaping your body usually requires some physical effort.
The key to exercise is doing something you like and mixing it up... or doing activities with friends... that always makes it more fun. Best of luck.

Yes, I do very little exercise and I have managed to lose 10kg (slowly though) over the last 2 months using the "eat right for you blood type diet". It's not so much a diet just changing the way you eat and what you eat. I haven't limited my food take, just eating the right stuff and avoiding the stuff that's harmful. Get the book!

yes, it is possible to loose weight with diet. With exercise, if you can make through the first twenty minutes of a workout, it will feel easier, reaso being is that our ansestors needed that extra fat for the winter and colder months so when they would run or move too much, their bodies would tell them to stop because they couldnt loose the weight. We dont need to carry any extra weight for that reason so theres no reason you shouldnt be excercising as well

Hi
Try this simple plan it really worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

You can loose by just watching what you eat but it will go a LOT faster with excercise! It will get a lot harder when you are 5-10 lbs from your goal as well... make sure you eat a snack before you work out and dont get up so fast... also make sure u are drinking lots of water or even sports drinks will help... and stretch!
