All the above comments sound great (some are very romantic)but they will not work. Just face it, When they say your just a friend your screwed... No matter what you try you are wasting your time at that point. Even if it becomes a friends with benefits relationship your going to be second to anyone that attracts her eye.

Just ask her if she would like to go out like to a carnival or to the movies or just go walking and talk get to know her. If you go for a walk make it a nice long slow walk at NIGHT! Then when you get to a bench to take a rest and the street light is out just ask her what she looks in a man, and if she want look you in the eye grab her face, gently, and pull her toward and make your move.

she views a guys as just friends?????? either she is looking for something specific and doesn't won't to bother with other relationships OR she doesn't like guy, she prefers other women.
If she is looking for something specific then you must find out what it is and show her that you have it. if she prefers women, you don't have a chance.
