well i don't think there is any natural way to lose 5 lbs in 1.5 weeks. you could lose 4 lbs in a week if you cut down on the amount of calories you take in and make it 3000. that way you are not consuming 500 calories and at the end of the week you would have lost 1 lb. But then if you burn off 500 calories during the day, you could lose up to 2 lbs a week. Just drink a lot of water because dehydration makes you feel hungry. So make sure you drink about 8 glasses of water a day. And if you are having a big dinner, have a nice salad before because salads are supposed to fill you up, so that way when you start the main course you are not that hungry and don't eat as much.

It is a very reasonable goal to lose 5 pounds in 1 1/2 weeks. First, you need to decrease the amount of calories that your taking in than what your used too. Second, you need to incorporate exercise in your routine if you have not already. Try doing some cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach because the body will be feeding off of fat for energy instead of calories that you had throughout the day. Third, incorporate lots of protein in your diet. Try getting 1 gram of protein per pound of your body. Example, 145 pounder needs at least 145 grams of protein. Also, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to flush your body of bad nutrients. Hope this helped!!

You CAN lose 5 lbs in 1 1/2 weeks. But it won't be 5 pounds of fat. It will be 5lbs of muscle and water and some fat.
In 1.5 weeks, you can lose a max of 3lbs healthily. Do this by cutting out junk food, processed food, and sugar. Eating more lean protein, fiber and vegetables. And exercising for 30 mins a day.

1. Stop drinking soft drinks(they are loaded with calories). 2. Stop eating 2-3 hours before you go to bed. 3. Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks daily. 4. Exercise. 5. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Stay away from diet aids and pills. They can raise your blood pressure.

Drink a ton of water and do cardio every other day. A detox could help as well towards the end of the week and a half period
