Try the "eat right for your blood type diet"... It's healthy and it worked wonders for me.

I think the grapefruit juice may be what's making you feel sick...it's very acidic and remember, fruit juice is almost pure sugar.
If you want to feel better, I recommend high protein (eggs, poultry, fish, a few nuts) low sugar approach and lots of water. Protein fills you up and provides you with a lot of energy. If you're against strict low carb diets, try whole grain things in moderation. I personally lost 50 lbs on Atkins almost 4 years ago and have kept most of it off, so I'm totally an advocate for high protein, healthy carbohydrates. Fruit juice can throw your body way off...be careful with it. Really, what it comes down to is everything in moderation and lots of exercises. I know it's cliche, but it's the truth for most of us.

Grapefruit juice isn't really going to do a lot for you, and it may be what's upsetting your stomach...eat healthy and exercise...that's the key...perhaps increase your exercise time or intensity to burn more calories...try activities other than walking (walk briskly when you do walk...toss in some jogging too if you can), to mix things up...that's more likely to keep your interest and keep your body from getting used to the same old workout all the time, so you may stop seeing results...

Grapefruit juice has lots of calories and natural sugar in it. Drink water instead. Water is great for you and has zero calories.
