why the TSA/DHS let enter students without visa?

Question

why the TSA let enter student pilots in the USA, to fly big eavy simulator like during the 9/11.
do you think that terrorists are already taking lessons, for a new plot against our freedom.
Do you think it is right that the TSA did nothing after the 9/11, and for 5 years they continue to bullshit families who have lost a family member (s) in the 9/11.
do you think it is right that US schools say to foreigners to come as a tourist and dont say anything at the custom, or they risk to go back home if the custom know the real purpose of the trip.
I called your government, and I made it clear. You may face new attacks by people being train in USA and buying aircraft to get them down!!!the US gov dont really care, they prefer to continue to lie and put you at risk.
So what will you do after being warned?

Your questions are incoherent, but I presume you think that flight students should have to have visas, is that right?
All flight students have to apply for student visas outside the US. In addition - maybe this is what you meant - all flight students are screened according to very strict rules set up after 9/11; that screening was done by DHS for the first year and now is performed by TSA. Those who enter as tourists and decide to attend flight school later are subject to the same screening.

Zoser's answer is enormous, as ordinary. it exhibits that we are allowed to pass into or get a visa on the airport of a few African/ some distance eastern countries . i thank those countries on behalf of the ghalaba Egyptians !

interesting how that works... some enter w/ no visas, while others are legit and are hasselled for no reason when they have visas....
