First of all, sorry about your school burning down. That sucks. As far as getting an older boyfriend, the best thing is to become friends first. You really can't be more than friends with someone if you're not best friends first. Just be yourself. And...keep him wanting more. I know that sounds wrong, but until you are in a mature relationship where you know that you both have feelings for each other without doubting, if you end up giving too much...he'll get turned away. I recommend the book "He's Just Not That Into You" and "The Rules" for single girls. "The Rules" may be a little extreme but the concept makes a lot of sense from my experience and watching other people. But above any relationship book, "The Four Love Languages" is great for learning how to cultivate love in a relationship.
