Well, you can really only lose 2 lbs at the most a week and keep the weight off. You should try drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Sometimes when you are dehydrated it feels like you are hungry, so that should cut down some food out of your system. But i think 1 lb is 3500 calories. So if you cut 500 calories out of your diet every day and then possibly burn off another 500 during a work out that day, you can take in 2500 calories and lose up to 2 lbs a week. So just drink a lot of water and eat healthy portions of food and try to stay away from sugars, salts, and junk food.
And try eating a salad before a big dinner. Salads are supposed to fill you up, so that once you get to the main course, you aren't as hungry and you won't eat as much.

Hey be careful in what you do to loss weight fast remember that the drastic changes in your body could be dangerous to your health. If you want to lose weight in a healthy way you should avoid carbohydrates and eat more vegetables and protein (chicken, fish, Meet). Have dinner before 6:30pm to give your body enough time to digest the food. Avoid sugar; drink at least 8 glasses of water daily (no sodas) and the most important try to do some kind of exercise 5 days a week for 45 minutes a day.

Don't try to lose weight fast! If you stop eating your metabolism will slow down as your body thinks it's starving, and anything you eat will go directly into 'storage.' I've been overweight too, so I know it's frustrating when you are having trouble losing weight, but trust me, it's better to do it slow. I've lost 52 lbs, and I got my weight watcher's lifetime membership for reaching a healthy weight 2 weeks ago. Try this program out - it not only helps you lose weight, it teaches you healthy eating so that the weight stays off when you're at a healthy level. Good luck, and don't rush it!

You should've thought about this prior to 2 wks before the 'event' you want to lose weight for...eat right (cut out junk food and soda) and exercise...you can lose up to 3 lbs a week and stand a good chance of keeping it off, if you do it right...
Don't skip meals, don't do any fad diets...the results of those things are only temporary and tend to cause more issues later...
Eat healthy...lean meat, fruits and veggies...stay away from sugar and high calorie or fried foods...and get active...that's the best way to lose weight and keep it off...
Good luck!

Walk 2 miles each day.
The perfect food is egg whites.
We make it like this:
Whisk together 3 egg whites until foamy
fry whatever veggies you like in frying pan (using cooking spray - not butter!), when they are done put the egg white on top of the fried veggies. Next you put your pan in the over so that the top of the egg whites will get cooked (this means using a pan that is versatile).
It will be done in 5 minutes when set on broil.
This recipe is called an "egg white fritata". I eat is nearly everyday and have lost a pound or more a day.
In the afternoons, eat a salad with light dressing and do not eat supper.
Take your vitamins!!

you'll loose weight if you are burning more calories than you are consuming, there isn't really any miracle food, exercise will help, and nothing is going to make you loose weight crazy fast. I have heard and seen on myself, that if you drink a lot of water, like more than 2 litres a day (over 1/2 a gallon), your body will stop holding onto little water you were getting and you can loose about 5 lbs of water weight this way.

You need to cut out junk food, soda, and as much SUGAR as possible.
Then exercise everyday for 30 minutes.
Your body can only lose a max of around 4 pounds in 2 weeks, if you lose more than that it will be coming from muscle or water, not fat.

Try eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones and snacks. This will kick start your metabolism and make your body burn more engergy throughout the day. Make sure you get a balanced diet though. Don't skimp on any of the important nutrients your growing body needs to function well.

Hi
This plan worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck
