Personally, I liked the grilled Chicken Salads at McDonalds, the Whoppers at Burger King, The taco salad at Wendy's and for A&W, nothing like a Mamma burger and a root beer.
It really depends on what flavour you are going for and how "healthy" you want to eat. Those are my recommendations for each though.

Go to Wendy's. Have a small chili with freshly grated cheese and a baked potato with sour cream and chives, and beverage of choice.
Open up the potato and pour the chili on top....enjoy!

None. Pack a healthy lunch from home - you'll save money and feel better. Barring that, go to a real deli and get a sandwich and bowl of soup.

try something different for a change. stop somewhere that you would not normally go to.
try a falafel sandwich with some hummus
try a greek salad with feta cheese
try a chicken pita with mushrooms
try some pho noodles at a Vietnamese joint
bring some soup from home ....its cheaper

None of the above, they are all bad for you, even the salads, which have a lot of preservatives in the salad mix.
