Being so close minded and not hearing what I'm actually saying to them. I have told them numerous times that I want to be a writer and go to Ireland but my dad keeps saying lawyer and my mom keeps saying austraila. And I have a preference for white guys, but I can't tell them that because they make snippy, stupid, comments about white ppl that I can't stand. Even when I tell them its not even close to being funny that they are doing that, they don't listen.

Nothing, what they do, they do it in my best interest. I don't think ur mature enough to figure that out, and as for trust, you have to earn it and not expect them to cater ur every whim. You must also learn respect, apparently u don't have any, and u should ask them what u can do for them instead of what can they do for u. Honor your parents, they won't be around forever and believe me, you WILL miss them when they're gone. Hopefuly you'll have children of ur own one of these days and then u might understand.

If I could change anything, It would be that my mom is still alive. If she were alive my dad would still be married to her and I wouldnt have such a hateful step mom.
