It aided in my hair growth also I message my scalp with Mane 'N Tail Carrot Oil Creme. The shampoo and conditioner works well with my hair. I have shiny, bouncy curls. A lot of moisture I use the shampoo and conditioner with extra moisturizers in it. Less tangles when combing my hair after shampooing and conditioning.

people swear it makes your hair feel thinker. more than likely from the ammount of silicone it has in it that will leave a build up on your hair, as does pantiene. if you use it i suggest you use a clairifying shampoo once a week
