It is generally individual-variable. Some will start to feel sick on the very first day of pregnancy and some says never at all.But usually on or after he second month more women had complained of feeling sick. This can be attributed to the rising level of the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin. The way you feel is also greatly affected by your outlook in your pregnancy.

Its different for everyone, there are no rules, sadly.
My mum had two kids without the slightest bit of nausea or sickness.
I started feeling sick within days of getting my positive pregnancy test (about 4-5 weeks). It continued all-day-every-bloody-day until about 14 weeks when it began to ease off. Horrible. I never actually was sick but then again I am an emetophobic (phobia of vomiting) and us emets seem to be pretty good at not being sick despite how ill they feel! I think we're just so damned scared of it that we somehow subconciously manage to persuade our bodies not to do it.
The best thing I found was to eat little and often and not allow my stomach to get empty.
I'm 24 weeks now and still have the odd grotty nauseous day. I have to watch what I eat as some foods set me off. Heartburn becomes a problem later on although I have some fantastic medicine from my Dr, called Ranitidine which controls the amount of acid your stomach produces and prevents heartburn being a problem. Its safe in pregnancy - he gives it to women in labour.

With my first I started being sick constantly the w'end I turned 13wks and couldn't hold anything down - even cleaning my teeth or the tiniest drop of water would start me off. That happened for 5 w'end starting every Sat morning until Mon lunchtime?!??! when I would then feel so starved I would gobble anything down. After 5 w'ends of this I ended up in hosp for a week!
With my 2nd I was only sick twice in the morning between 6-12wks.
Nothing at all with my 3rd preg and with this current one only once, but nauseas everyday between 6wks til recently (15.5wks) esp if not eaten. But almost constant every day!

Some women don't get morning sickness. And these women also tend to keep their pre-pregnancy bad habits. Smoking, drinking coffee & soda, etc. Morning sickness is actually a good thing, because it makes a mother change her ways. Her sense of smell will be heightened, and she will in turn crave things that baby needs.
Morning sickness usually begins at around 4-6 weeks. Some may get it later, and some get it throughout their entire pregnancy.
For a better insight of your pregnancy, with even a week-by-week calendar that includes pictures (and real pictures of babies), message boards, picture boards, real ultrasound clips, even a body map of discomfort where pregnant mothers state their weekly aches/pains/woes...
try this website! It's great. http://www.i-am-pregnant.com
There's also some great books out there. My OB gave me "what to expect when you're expecting" - but you can also find it very cheaply on ebay, since so many OB's give them out. I also liked "Your pregnancy week by week" which has a lot of good info in it.

can be at anytime every person is different so is each pregnancy . see if its certain things or smells that you feel sicky and try to avoid them . make sure your having a good breakfast so youve not got an empty stomach. you might be real lucky and not even get sickness . dont know why its called morning sickness because it can start any time of day and any point of your pregnancy.

Different for each woman...I felt sick the day before I found out (at 6 weeks) and continued to be nauseous throughout the first trimester. I guess with the hormone levels going haywire during this time, its to be expected that you feel sick. Hey, the end result is worth it!
