I'm a christian and to be honest!! I do live what i believe 75% of the time!!! But when I'm with my secular friends i tend to say a cuss word here or talk about a Female in the wrong way!!! But not ONE of us is perfect!! (only Jesus) and we need to follow in Jesus foot steps, and that can be hard!! But there's always repentance and salvation!!!

My faith is constantly evolving. As I am living my life and no one else can do it for me, I see all religions, philosophies, homilies and the like as guideposts and options for how I can perceive my life, or help make better choices. I suppose my answer to the question is "yes, I live what I believe", but judgement from others is less likely to be forthcoming than it might be from an obnoxious in-your-face sort of orthodox whatever, because the sort of folk who would be judgemental have to actually ask me what I believe... and I'm not afraid to throw down in a war of the words, especially when it's about something as personal as faith and spirituality.

I'd say it's probably the opposite for most people. We don't live above what we believe in fear of judgement, but more likely don't always measure up to our beliefs (falling short, our beliefs actually being of higher moral standards than the way we live)

We would like to live a good life according to our values and beliefs, taking pride in all we do... our choices and actions...but alas we make mistakes.

I have high standards and sometimes feel like I fall short. I'm always trying to be a better person and hope to bring good things to the world.

Yes I live what I believe. Judgment is just something that usually stems from other peoples fears. The person who I trust is me. I'm one of the most honest people I know. I'm comfortable in my own skin and I'm a happy loving person. I have faith in my own god and faith in life... He doesn't judge me and as long as I'm the best person I can possibly be or keep working towards improving he doesn't worry.

I think we have all asked ourselves this question of are we who ant to be or are we trying to please everyone around us and act how we want others want us to act so we can be accepted. In my case I think im in between being that I am a teenager it is very hard to fit in and even though you may want to believe that you dont care what people have to say about you we all do and with this being so I can honestly say that some things I do or say that I believe in I really dont. So in conclusion I guess im trying to say that even though being your own person is a very fulfilling feeling no one wants to be an outcast so if I were to give you some advice it would be to think about whatever it is that you want think talk to some friends family members and if you dont have those im pretty sure that its someone out there that is feeling the same way you are and you will have some closure eventually.

Good question...Being an atheist, I do find it very hard at times to let it show. People are very judgemental, and sometimes just to keep at peace with someone I do not admit to being a straight up atheist. I don't lie to them, I just don't tell them that I am an atheist. It's sad.

I am not afraid of judgment. I live what I believe because it is the right thing to do and it is what God wants for me. To obey God is righteousness; to disobey God is sin. I am not perfect---I do make mistakes. But God is just to forgive me when I ask him to. Jesus loves you.

I live what I believe by not getting involved in gossiping at work, or using the vulgar language that others use, and by doing good to others even when they hurt me.

I live what I believe, I just keep my mouth shut on Mondays when people talk about their church crap on the weekends. I've learned from experience that when people ask where you go, its better to just say "I don't go to church" than "I'm not Christian." They look at you like you're an alien. Gotta love the midwest.

Yes, I do live what I believe and I do not concern myself what judgements others may have. My only concern is the judgement I will receive from God.
