When I ask why people do evil things, theists say that god wanted to give us free will, and he couldn't give us free will without us sometimes choosing to do evil... but they also say that god has free will and never chooses to do evil... so there is a contradiction here. If god can have free will and yet never do evil, why didn't he make us the same way? Also, knowingly creating something that can and will do evil would seem to be an evil act in itself, and god is not supposed to be capable of evil... so there's another contradiction.

How do you religious folks maintain such a self-contradictory belief system without being compelled to say "OK, this is just too silly, and I don't believe a word of it any more"?

And furthermore if sinning is acting against the will of God... and God's will is that you have free will and can choose to do whatever you want... why would it be a sin to choose when thing over another when you are just exercising your free will?

The main flaw in your reasoning is that you assume to know what is evil. God cannot do evil because He is the alpha and omega, the end and the beginning. If God smites someone then you assume He did evil based on your own judgement, values, etc. God is above all that. If you were an atheist you wouldn't consider hurricanes evil, they just are. God is the same way, just is. The book of Job pretty much answers the question of why these things happen with God responding "where were you when I made the world?" Basically, "what makes you think you know anything?"

Question 1
No contradiction
God gives us free will. Theoretically a person could not sin and that person would be Holy (Jesus???)
Because we choose to sin and God doesn't is NOT a contradiction it is a choice.

Question 2
Parents do the same thing every time they conceive a child. Its not evil to bring forth children.

God did not make us sinful creatures. you at the prompt are not taking duty for your moves right here, Sparky. you've the ability to verify now to not do issues that are incorrect. some people like to reject the loose will ingredient and instead blame God. You in all probability blame others on your existence for any misfortune that occurs. you'll stumble on an entire new international of opportunities available in case you'll commence taking duty for your own moves and make wide wide awake judgements to do the right element. Being "all understanding and all effective" has not something in besides to do with loose will. He gave it to you and also you're utilising it, yet do not favor to take duty. "it truly is God's fault". Now would not that sound stupid?

The concept of sin is in error. By definition all of Creation is a manifestation of the Creator. Sin is a human thought construct that was used to bring the masses into subjegation of the Church.

In reality there are only two choices, to serve others or to serve the self. Both choices are valid expressions of the Creator, though one path is a path of love and joy, the other is a path of hate and fear.

God didn't create evil, He created free will. We created evil by allowing the opposite of what God expects of us to be our choice. God allows evil because evil is part of His Grand Plan... With out evil you wouldn't have good. All events, good or bad, start a chain of events that lead to all other events, good or bad. Everything is even although we as humans tend to focus on evil ( because evil doesn't feel good to us) there is just as much good as evil.

What I want to know is why God so willingly gives Satan the upper hand since we are all born into "sin" despite the Jesus final blood sacrifice, in this game of soul winning! Why would God always give Satan an advantage? What about all of our handicaps?

Because the premise you lay out is flawed and an inaccurate depiction of what "theists" believe. This makes your question flaw by declaring as fact that the belief system is "self-contradictory."
