About 6500000000 (six and a half billion). And you might as well not say 'on the Earth', because I don't think there are more than two humans (the crew of the ISS) who aren't on Earth.

People are always making more, every second it seems. It's always changing. This is about as accurate as it gets. By the time I gave you the estimate from when I first read and began typing in response, 10 more babies would have been born. It's a whole lotta screwing going on!!

6 billion plus seems to be the accepted figure but its never constant births, deaths usually even out , an accurate figure for a particular time is impossible
