A Key Party would be held at someone's house or even in a hotel room. All the women invited come to the party with their key (house or hotel) attached to a label or tag w/name and address on it. Each person should drive separately if possible. All the women's keys are dropped in a bowl that stays near the front door. After that, everyone party all night like they normally would. The women leave about 30 mins before the men and once the guys are ready to go, they just grab a key (known or unknown)out of the bowl. The rest is pretty selfexplanatory. What happens that night is between you and your partner in crime so to speak.

I'm pretty sexually-liberated, but its just a stupid idea to me. It made a good darn book, but at least at a traditional swinger party you get to choose who you sleep with you. I mean in the end, it is your choice at the key party as well, but wouldn't it be more satisfying for all if it wasn't left to chance. I would never ever ever go home and lay and wait on some surprise di**.

I wouldn't because it's just not something I'm into right now in my life, but it's so fantastically risky if everyone attending isn't really close already. Why let a total stranger know not only where you live, but give them keys to your place?

In this day and age -with all the nut jobs out there - I don't think so call me crazy but I see no fun in setting myself up if I was going to be that stupid I would just strip naked put a sign on me that says go ahead beat me up and have your way better yet kill me Reminds me of the stripper who went to the frat house in N.C. then cried rape heres the question why would you want to put yourself in that position. That is a very old idea, they started key parties in the 70's

there sure is alot of swingers on this site. i think while sure the idea is excitting the actuallity of sharing something that is supposed to be sacred with the person you love with a complete stranger takes away from the relationship and your self worth
