with the details that you gave, i can only think of general answers.
FEAR - maybe the guy is afraid of commitment, but it's what he really wants.. but then again, he's scared.
TIME - maybe the guy is still checking you out... getting to know you better until the "right time" comes.
PLAYER - maybe the guy is a player... two-timing, collect-and-select kind of person.
FRIEND - maybe the guy considers you as a friend and that's just about it?
OTHER - maybe he is interested in other girls as well and he's doing this thing to other girls.
well.. that's pretty much what I can think of...
but remember... that is MAYBE.

It is very hard for men to make a committment. It's the scariest thing they have to do. They feel their freedom, which they love dearly is being taken from them. Take the time to talk about what you want from a relationship, life and him. Make sure he understands that he will also have time for his friends and whatever he likes to do even while in a relationship with you. good luck

The guy needs time to assess on how he feels for you. He wants to make sure that his feelings towards you is genuine that's all. So relax and take it as it comes. Eventually he will ask you out. Just that you must be patient.

Perhaps he is having problems in committing to a relationship and the best way for him to know a woman is to treat her as a friend first. The way I see it. He is simply being precautious as not to get hurt somehow.

He is not ready to handle you OR he is trying to get to know you.. Take it slow, give him some time OR just ask him out yourself. I suggest that you don't RUSH!! I have done this before and it ruined a great relationship. Good Luck hun!

Hes a moron. Men do this when they are playing the field. He is probably seeing other women, or has committment issues. I say move on, hes so NOT worth any girls time.
