is their any cause of this conditions? can they develop into skin cancer?

granny I am not at age where normally people have aging spots am not too young but am in my mid thirties and that is why I complained.... about the type of cream does anyone knows which cream is good beside the lemon juice?

Use lemon juice and massage them regularly. Follow up with a good hand cream. STAY OUT OF THE SUN!

There are creams you can apply and they do get lighter after a long time- a month or two. Stay out of the sun but some of this is heredity- re: cancer- get a complete body check by a dermatologist once a year= important to do. Watch them for changes, IE. dark spots inside light ones. irregular edges, bleeding, etc. Take a picture w a digital camera and keep it to compare month to month. A Dr can tell you more
Oh yeah use sunscreen/lotion all the time even if cloudy outside

Aging spots are very common - Dont worry about it.
If it looks weird to you go to the doctors to make sure its ok.
In the mean, im suffering from aging spots on my moustache area with no hairs there - Kind of brown spots.
It comes and goes... so when it comes i just use lemon juice on the spots - just beware of the sun so the spot wont get too light.
