Yes, there is some protein in rice - especially brown rice. It's not a complete protein, though. So you cannot eat rice alone as a source of protein. Eat beans and rice together for a complete protein.

Tuna, straight from the can - not mixed with anything else, is a very good source of protein. Another good one is Natural Wheat Germ, just put it on top of a salad or even oatmeal. It has 4g of Protein in only 2 Tbsp. Those are the best sources of Protein I have found.

No. Rice is a starch and is not a good source of protein. Meat, fish, and beans are good sources for protein, however.

Nope. But brown rice has fiber and minerals that your body needs. White rice is pretty worthless and loaded with bad carbs.
Whole wheat pasta is a good source.
