That's normal when you are a certain age. The best thing for her to do is try to channel all that extra energy into sports, music, or some other creative activity.

As long as she's not hitting on you or making you feel uncomfortable, there's nothing wrong with a little fantasy. She was your friend before this phase and if you're a good friend, you'll be there for her once this has passed. Just listen to her. There's no action to take.
