You need to move on . This relationship won't get better .Why would you want to be with someone who wants to be with someone else? Look at yourself on why you would stay with a guy like that and make a change for the better next time.

It is your mistake. Why do you blame him.
If you are married you can go to court for a divorce.
If you are not married, you can't do anything.
