It is a leave on conditioner that works really well on my tiny curler permanent. I hardly have any frizz at all!
I don't know what kind of hair you have, but I am not sure of it works for Black peoples hair. But, look for it & see if it does.

i use and strongly reccommend Herbal Essences Smooting Cream- it comes in a green tube and is sold at drug stores and grocery stores everywhere.I always use this stuff.. it leaves my hair feeling great (no frizz at all) and soft without that greasy feeling that I know you want to avoid (then again its all about the amount you use) nonetheless.. give it a try!

Try using the Paul Mitchell gel with the little green word or apple on it. (Sorry I can't remember the exact name.) Or any gel that is very thin and watery. Apply it all over your hair while it's still really wet, then let air dry.
