I say go for it. . . The worst that could happen is that he doesn't feel the same. But it isn't the end of the world. You guys have great chemistry in work, why not try to take it out of work. Maybe you should first try it as a group outing with the rest of your co-workers and see how he acts then.

Why not ask him if he wants to go for a beer after work and see what happens from there. The best nights out are often inpromptu spur of the moment ones. If you get on well in work I reckon you will have a right giggle together

Normally I would say go for it, but then you might have an akward work situation to deal with which is never nice....so find out where he goes out, be there this weekend, you will soon find out if he wants you, let him make the move, he must be feeling the same way. Its nice he missed you. Awww!!

I don't generally date men that I work with as a personal rule. However, if you want to & there's no company policy against it, then by all means....make a move & see if he's interested in you too. You might just make a wonderful connection there.

Don't do it! This will turn ugly as soon as it ends. There is a reason for the sayings don't dip your pen in the company ink and don't piss in your own pool.

It doesn't matter what he said to who and why, you should be professional and stay well away from this situation.

Let him make the move because if you do and get turned down,
your pals will make fun of you and some comments may not be
flattering.

MAKE A MOVE!!! Take him by the thing that sticks out, into the nearest store room and give him the time of his life!!!

Go for it! But if you get nervous and want to play it safe maybe you could organise a work night out and ask him to go. See how he responds to this, and how he is with you outside work. This is what I used to do.

Tell people at work that you miss him when he is off! Let rumours get back to him!
