change your diet to eating yogurt in the morning and for lunch, or even a peice of toast and some fresh fruit. Stay away from any preserved things, eat good portions for dinner, and EXCERSIZE!!! I do crunches(50),push-ups(20), and I run around(ok, I jog around the block), I also do karate, but that hasn't helped any

Hi, as you need to loose weight for this weekend you cant loose a dramatic amount of wait to fit into your dress, you may of wanted to considered loosing the pounds before this week anyway. The best thing for you to do is half nearly every meal you have and dont snack in between for the whole week. You may loose up to 3lbs doing this which should be enough. Other than doing this there is no other way. Even not eating wont work as most of the time you need to eat to loose the weight but you just eat less. Also if you loose weight due to excercise, it wont hurt to do 30mins a day you may even loose more than 3lbs.

A wise man once said 'The human head weighs 8 pounds' - cut it off then!

A strict Atkins diet should do the job, but don't do it any longer than two weeks as it's not that good for you. If you want to keep the weight off go afterwards go for a proper diet where you can eat anything, but in moderation. WeithWatchers although expensive is good, and easy to keep to.

Ya should've thought about this more than a week before the event...best way to lose weight is watch what you eat, and exercise...a good weightloss plan, with hopes of keeping it off, will have you losing no more than 3lbs a week...

Cut out the junk food and high calorie "stuff" this week...eat lean met and veggies...drink lots of water...and try to workout for an hour a day several days a week (I shoot for 5)...

DO NOT skip any meals...that just slows your metabolism and causes it to be tougher to lose weight down the road...eat sensibly and exercise to burn those excess calories...

Good luck...and congrats to the 'happy couple'...

I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:

Asker's Rating: *****
very good comment i lost 2 lbs in a week
i think i can almost get in my leather dress, i can hit the town in no time

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.

Always have vegetables on side. Saute a big bag associated with frozen mixed vegetables in coconut oil and garlic. Add some red pepper as well as turmeric for additional flavor as well as separate into portion-sized containers with the fridge.

you have a full 4-5 days.... get a sweat suit and work out. drink water. tons of CARDIO, most importantly don't eat. as gross as all that sounds, you can squeeze out 5-8 pounds of water from your body just doing that. it's all short term loss, but will help you get to the point that you want.
