with the amount of cream that goes into a coffee the 1/2 and 1/2 is better i think. anytime that your not eating an oil product and eating something organic or close to it is better. why eat something that is a by-product of gasoline etc.

Of course, it is better to use neither. But the trans fat and sweeteners in nondairy creamer are more damaging to your health than the saturated fat in half and half.

Just for flavors sake I would do the half and half.
Non Dairy creamer yucky.
That little bit of half and half isn't going to make much of a difference.

Half and half is half heavy cream and half milk. It is a creamier and heavier consistency than regular milk. It is most often used in coffees and teas to cut the bitter taste of black coffee.

I sometimes use rice milk! You have to use slightly more of it but it doesn't have the fat of half and half nor the nasty trans fats of the partially hydrogenated stuff!

Half and half is better. The non-dairy stuff is nasty - it has things you don't want.

And you need some of what milk has to offer.

I use skim milk. Better than half and half or regular milk.
