It is much better to get a volunteer computer tech from around the neighborhood of the agency, since it would be more convinient for you in the future.

For now, perhaps, you could tell me what gone wrong with the computer, is it unable to boot? What message is displayed?

Just a few random thoughts: local churches, United Way, ad in local newspaper, public service announcement on local radio/tv stations, telephone book for computer repair shops and ask if employees might volunteer their help, local high school computer students looking for extra credit, etc.
