The personnel who are wearing Military uniform are equally treated, let it be male or female. Certain Islamic states also recruit female soldiers & oficers in logistics and support due to their abilities.

Why must women be in military service in the first place? Beats me! Women in Israel and Muslim women ( and women of all faith ) should be good mothers and care for their families and ensure their children are well cared for and have proper upbringing and be inculcated with right values to become good citizens.Wars sucks!
