to tell u the truth i dont believe that a one year old baby hair is down to his /her knees reality check hair doesnt grow that damn fast u really had me for a second but u said they were one that did it. but to answer the ? no dont cut it

I think you should cut it because its hard to handle.. and you mentioned they are 1...arent they fussy about people touching their hair?
