I would say either you havent ate nothing in between a 1 or 2 before you exercise or you are getting to overheated. Try also drinking plenty of water before exercising

Perhaps you are eating too close to the time you go to exercise. You need time for your food to digest before you exercise. You should wait at least 40 minutes after eating before doing any exercise! No problem if you drink water but even that should be at least 20 minutes after you eat especially if you drank liquids before or while eating!

Had that problem a couple times, i ate just a few minutes before i went to spinning class. I just woke up earlier and had an earlier breakfast.

Are you eating right before? I cant really eat much before I exercise... I have a very sensitive stomach!

it is normal for obese women or young ladies who don't get much exercise because your body is not used to the change, but eventually, you will stop pucking a.k.a you probably not in good shape, good luck

I think you are eating right before you go to gym...if you do eat, wait for atleast 2-3 hours to go to gym

Maybe you are allergic to excercise like I am. There's a cure for this, it's called dieting and television. It has worked wonders for me!

the acids in your stomach. try not to have a full meal before exersizing...just a snack. then afterwards have a big meal.
