Apart from consulting your doc and undergoing a complete check up, you can try special breathing exercise which it is said can cure most of the diseases.
For instance, hold tight one nostril using your thumb of the right hand (more convenient than using the left hand) and inhale (breathe in air into your lungs) using the other nostril. After holding the breathe for a while, exhale (breathe out the air in your lungs) using the nostril you were holding tight and at the same time hold tight the nostril you just used to inhale using the middle finger of your right hand. Do this to start with at least ten times. This may sound a bit complicated but once you get used to doing it, you will find it much easier to handle. You can do this as part of your morning exercise and again at night before going to bed. This is a drugless and harmless exercise involving no cost and hardly any time to do it! Hope you find this useful George and wish you speedy recovery!

what are you eating, if you would keep a food diary you will find certain foods cause you to have more gas. Some people are allergic to milk and milk products and it will cause more gas. write down everything you eat by brand name and an hour later write down how you feel - then start elimanating 1 food at a time.
This can also be a sign of an ulcer, so you can try an over the counter tagament, or pepsid and see if you get relief, it you do see a Dr

I don't know why you are getting pains after exercising but try doing a colon cleanse. I did this and I felt amazing afterwards. They recommend a two to three month cleanse....I did two. Great product. After you use this you literally feel empty inside....you feel clean. Check out the website!!

Of course, aleve or aspirin will help the sore muscles, but did you know that activated Charcoal is great to get rid of gas? But the only thing with it, is if you are taking any other medications, be sure not to take the charcoal with in a two hour time limit...They actually give it to overdose patients and it is really good....Good luck

First examine your diet and see if there is anything that may be causing it. start a food journal and note when you start to feel pain. Try beano, gas-x or go to a doctor. Also, try jogging.

You could have Irratable Bowel Syndrome, or Lactose Intolerance. Take note of your diet, and look for patterns that follow the food you eat. It is not likely that excersize is the culprit.
