Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. butter OR margarine
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 lb. fresh large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup water
Dash of cayenne pepper
Hot cooked rice
Paprika
Directions:
HEAT butter in skillet. Add celery, green pepper and green onions and cook until tender. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 min. or until done.
ADD soup, water and cayenne pepper and heat through. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with paprika

I think it involves cream of celery soup? Where you just sort of mix everything together in a skillet and let it simmer until the rice is cooked through? I could be wrong though. . . .Try the Campbells website, they have a lot of recipes
