This is a critical question effecting our times. The answers lie in the many answers you received.

Note the hatred in your answers from so many of the women. They hate the fact that the question is being asked, they hate the fact men aren't part of the question, they hate the fact that men can walk away from women and they hate the fact that men can impregnate thousands of women while a woman is going through a nine month pregnancy. These women then ride their hate to a place where the pregnancy is at least half the man's responsibility.

And there you are: its half the man's responsibility. Therefore, if he isn't going to be responsible (and I hate those bastards so much), why the he*ll should I be responsible? Hatred and envy fuels the final irresponsibility.

The fact that the entire abortion rights apparatus is built on the "right" to have "control over our own bodies" doesn't enter into the conversation though, does it? Clearly, if you have a right to have control over your own body (speaking to women solely here), then you clearly also have a responsibility over your own body. Most cultures and most times saw contraception as the woman's responsibility because - duh! - it WAS their own body. Now that "liberated" women have this right, they want to shed the responsibility.

Its great stuff, this progress: rights without responsibilities.

(Now if I could only get 10 point best answers without actually typing in words, that would be further progress!)

women having children to different men doesnt mean they are lacking skills to be a parent they probably want the best for the kids but things dont work out that way for a number of reasons

good question, but i think that's a bit judgemental, I have 4 grown up children & 2 foster children, obviously my foster kids are from different parents, but the only reason I ended up with these children were because of fatalities, nothing to do with parenting skills. They have all grown up very well balanced considering, and of course my own children had to adjust to having foster children being taken in by me & their Dad.....I have met along the way some very wonderful parents and single parents of both sexes and yes some have 2 or more children by different partners BUT I can honestly say that I have not witnessed bad parenting skills with any of them.

Well Muddy Pants have you ever considered that the main reason why they lack the skills to be parents (which lets face it should be a fairly natural thing) is the reason why they are in the position of being parents in the first place. Many don't have common sense and this may sound awful but have neither ability or desire to know how and why they find themselves in this position.
Sometimes the thought of sterilisation crosses my mind but only fleetingly as I am not a fascist, but it would have it's benefits!?!?

million dollar question. why do men keep having children with women they deem to have no skills and multiply kids by different men?
often though its lack of their own parental guidance, self respect and filling a need for love and security, then find out they cant cope.. some women do well.. quick answer, if your a fella wear a condom if you don't want to add to the burden of society. take control your self..?

I have often wondered this myself my first cousin who i used to be very close with has four children by three different men,I dislike her very much now i think i would have no problem with it if she actually loved her children and took care of them but she stays high throughout the whole pregnancy and then stays high because she can't deal with being a parent. Her children have been molested by babysitters and family members and she doesn't even contact authourities its like she doesn't even care as long as she can pawn them off on someone so she can party. For these personal observations i think women who don't want children should keep their legs closed and take care of themselves.

Many people have children without the proper skills to take care of them. It is a selfish act. Children deserve the best life we can possibly give them.

I don't know why they do it, but I think education is the only way to stop it.

Yep its not the first bit of your question is a problem providing the dad s are financing their children correctly, but I think they all should pass a PARENTING test before being allowed to be one. Like the driving test! If they have children without the skills, no Child Allowance, or any of the other money spinners!!!

Because the men can't keep their part in their pant & the women can't keep their knees together. Neither has the brain capacity to realize the outcome of a couple of nights of pleasure. Besides, they get more money every time they drop a kid, don't they??
