i installed symantec anti virus v10 but when i run quick scan on safe mode or normal mode it finishing all process but when i run full scan on safe or normal mode is not finishing all process and freeze the computer

it use up a lot of cpu memory, they have an option for you to check off what features you want for full scan. you probably have the one that says "Scan all files without forcing demigration (slow)"...it should be temporary....after scan it should be back to normal.

There is an easy solution to this.
1) Uninstall ALL software made by Symantec/Norton from your computer and throw it away.
2) Download the free version of Grisoft's AVG anti-virus and install it. You will have a good, working anti-virus protection that doesn't hog or destroy your machine.
