I just read a Q asked by ahmed and some of you answered that it would make you mad to be complemented by a stranger. I was just wondering, If you are attractive and wearing something that is kind of sexy, then why would you be angry if a guy made a comment about you? I mean some of you said that it would depend on the comment, but some of you acted as though it makes you angry that he would even give a complement of any kind. If you look good and you dont like nice complements, {i dont mean vulgar ones} then you would never like me.

If it's just a compliment,, let's just say a man complimented on a lady's shoes, that's one thing. It's completely different if a man starts acting like a player and tells the lady that she's lookin hot, and would look even hotter without the shirt on.(or something like that) Do you see the difference now?

He also said if we liked being STARED at. That is what grosses me out more than vulgar comments being passed at me. Compliments are fine, only if they are given in a decent sense. As one of the other girls said, the approach matters.

I see what you are saying but if its vulgar then i would not even acknowledged that person ,if its a nice compliment i would extend a thank u.

i'm sure you are quite attractive and sweet but I think men should respect a person's privacy and not gawk and stare and point and tell me how hot i am. If i wanted to know i would ask. if it is someone i know then it would not be so bad. but a girl has things to do so don;t mess with me.
especially when im driving that is so annoying.
plus i'm married and what he thinks is all that counts.

i love compliments! it's just you know that someone wants to get it your pants, like when he says " hey babe" then i be like yeah right. Just nice sweet innocent comments are the best. I hate it when they go too far.

yeah.I answered that question too.But I said I would like it and my me feel right all day.:)Why not?I've never complained about compliments...they just assured me I looked good.Even if people on the street were lookin strange at me every time,because someone told me anything.:)

i find that if a man has enough courage to compliment a woman that he doesn't know then he is worth a smile and thank you. you don't have to marry the guy--a simple thank you will suffice.
