The qualifications are:-
a) Must be a citizen of India
b) Must have completed 35 yrs of age
c)Must be qualified for a Election as a member of the Lok Sabha
d)Must not hold any office of profit

As I recall from my civics lesson from many many years ago, the lower age limit is 35 years.
I believe the upper age limit is 175 years (it feels that way...just kidding).
