Fix the LDC screen on a PSP?

Question

I dropped my PSP off a table, and the inner screen smashed, and I've been trying to fix it but I don't know how to get the LCD screen out of the PSP its attached to some metal piece of crap. Could someone please explain how to get the screen out. And please don't tell me not to fix it because I'm doing it anyway.
