I have always wanted my bedroom to look like a stage set over the top and really bohemain with maybe a touch of the old fashioned Boudoire.
What ideas do you have or would you like in your bedroom?

that sounds fantastic. hmm my bedroom i'd probably paint it first off(its all white now) i'd probably do it the same color of the sunset, and then i'd probably go with a theme of a magical rainforest( like using natural woods for the bed and maybe the picture frames) or something like a shabby/chic room from paris. i try not to think on it because i cant decorate my room :( haha. i like your idea about the set design.

I got a bamboo made, quater round, 3 seater drinks bar. & I got reeds & leaves like a thatch effect set on a section of a roofed effect. I also got windows made like ship windows & thick rop they use for anchors. Got a few Lifesaver thingys. Soon I'll have to convert it to an entertainment room. Id like a simple bedroom with a plasma tv.

Oh, and a pole!

We've got two windows in the bedroom which I'd like to make the most of, so really romantic sumptuous curtains.

Generally I like bedrooms to be calm and serene. I'm far to messy to be able to carry off the bohemian boudoir look.

I have always wanted my room to be like a cottage guest house. The reading area next to the window, white shutter style doors, claw foot bathtub, crown molding, overstuffed chair with ottoman, Nice fluffy bedstuffed with goose feathers, and nice light colors like sage and ivory.
Just cuz I am gothic doesn't mean I have to have everything that way.

Right now I would just like it to be finished and have paint on it. LOL
We completely redid a our bedroom and had to build a closet from scratch... the room didn't have one. Now we have to prime and paint everything!! But if I could have one new thing in there- I would want a canopy bed!! I have always wanted one... since I was a little girl!!

Maybe have a maid to clean up after my hubby, He never can find the clothes hamper or anything, maybe some sort of train dog for guidance on cleaning for him, Other than that nothing , loves it in soothing greens and earth tones.

I need a much larger room. Then I'd like a complete bedroom set that acually matches.

My room is quite large, but I would like to decorate it totally differently, very zen-like with lots of pale green and cream. I would like a wrought iron four poster with muslin drapes. But in reality I would settle for a wardrobe rather than a hanging rail.

I would like a vast room with a round bed in the middle with a view of the sea

My theme is "country." I just decorated my bedroom in country blue and pale yellow. I am very pleased with the outcome. I made tab valences with large wooden buttons which I think are quite effective.
