My gf and I have been dating for 6 years...recently she met my parents and I introduced her..."Hey mom and dad this is my friend ...(her name)" and she was nice about it while being around my parents but once we left she was all pist off...what the hell is up with that? She asked me why I introduced her as a friend and I told her because I didn't want my parents asking questions or wanting to meet your parents, and she got even more upset...and said ...it seems like you don't want more from this relationship... What the hell is she B*TCHING about...she should be happy I finally introduced her to my parents.

have you been living on another planet? You have been with her for six years and you finally introduce her to your parents? Have you not mentioned her to them in the last six years?? No wonder she was pissed!
have you met her parents? If so did she tell them you were her friend? I bet not! Obviously you dont think very highly of this girl enough to not say she is you girlfriend to your parents. Get a clue, if you think shes gonna get over this and stick around (unless you do something really huge to change the situation) youve got high hopes my friend.

That was wrong of you. Even if you were dating for 6 months you should still introduce her as you Girlfriend. You really hurt her feelings, and if someone did that to me then I would have been extremely pissed off. After 6 years, and your parents don't even know about her. I agree that you must be hiding something. Every guy I have dated has introduced me as their girlfriend to their parents. It's just the right thing to do. I don't know why she is still with you.

This is the same girl you won't propose to or marry (i read a few of your questions today)? If after six years, she is not your girlfriend in your eyes or you don't want the responsibility of committing to her after that long, let her go. Stop playing with her mind. You are a coward who only wants her for sex. If you can't even acknowledge who she is to your parents (regardless of their questions), you don't deserve her and she sure as h*ll shouldn't put up with your sh*t anymore. You're pretty much at a point where you need to put up (a commitment) or shut up. And stop being such an *ss!!
