It sounds as if your sphincter is revolting. Usually, the distinction between solid/liquid/gas is amazingly accurate by that little ring of muscular tissue. Perhaps deep down you just wanted an excuse to leave work(and you had a good one!) and subconsciously you overrode the sphincter's normal function.

Carry a package of charmine on the go toilet paper. Take a small pack of wipes too! Maybe some colonge or perfume to mask the smell.

it would be much easier if you were a girl cause then you would be able to use your period as an excuse to run home tell your boss you left something on at home and you have to turn it off theyll probably smell you and let you go home anyway

this happens to the best of us; it is often refered to as a 'shart', for the combination of the words 'fart' and 'sh*t' fit perfectly to make the world 'shart'. it is perfectly normal. i would advise that you go directly to the bathroom and clean yourself properly.
