In Love marriage, we make Adjustments.
In Arranged marriage, we make compromises.

When we love someone, we had already moulded ourselves to others needs as we don't want to lose our partner.
In arrange marriage, we make some adjustments but after marriage.

In Love marriage, mostly the spark of love gets dull very quickly because we have done so much adjustments to have our partner that there is an expectation of same amount of love from our partner that we got earlier. So the love doesn't last for long.

In arrange marriage, we can't expect from our partner & we keep guessing and after some time the closeness increases and ignites the love (Of course you need little Luck to find Soulmate) which will surely last forever.

P.S. : I'm not married but this is all what is I think.

Hope I'd have helped you.

I would go for arranged marriage. It's better because you know your family will support the issue. Of course, if you have a girlfriend whom you love, you should marry her. If you have no one at the moment however, then I would say to go for an arranged marriage. You can be very happy as well...

Arranged marriage!!! Although we would all like to be in love with the one we marry, love marriages are misconstrued. Most likely there is going to be one spouse that's going to do something to betray that love. When people's hearts are involved things become more dangerous.

When it is arranged, the marriage is looked at as a business contract. Everyone has to do their part for the business to flourish. Not to say that the two people don't love each other, or can't learn or grow to love each other, but that shouldn't be the only basis for a marriage.

Issues like finances and responsibilities are a must to discuss. What's love got to do with it?

I would say Love marriage as a personal choice, but surprisingly arranged marriages last longer. Fewer arranged marriages end in divorce, maybe because they have to work harder at it. I would rather chose who I spend the rest of my life with.

Love marriages and Arranged marriages both are successful, it all depends how much understanding the two partners are, they need to listen to each other for any problem, they need to adjust, and should care for each other, respect each other's thoughts, emotions and habits.

More important that either is a commitment to love, help, and support each other AFTER the marriage, to make it work and to spend a lifetime making the other person feel loved.
