or a term to describe children that nag non stop to the parents to get the toy the he wants in a shopping mall. more like bugging or nagging another person to achieve his/her desires eg a toy, get someone to emtpy the bin

There might be several words you can use:
* Kvetcher - a chronic, whining complainer (Yiddish origin).
* Bellyacher - a person continually complains, cries and whines.
* Sniveller - a person given to excessive complaints and crying and whining.
* Harridan - a scoldingly vicious woman who nags like hell.
* Brat (or spoiled brat) - children who whine until they get what they want. Or alternatively, "spoiled prince" or "spoiled princess".
I'm sure there are others. These are the ones I know off the cuff.
