you can off my uncle's rum cake. he soaks it in rum after it's done baking & has cooled off. you can smell the rum before you can even see the cake! =)

Of course not, you fool.
The alcohol burns off in the cooking process, leaving just the taste.
And in any case, the amount that goes in is negligible - you'd throw up from the amount you've eaten before you'd get drunk.
