Cinnamon Chips
5 flour tortillas
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Strawberry-Apple Salsa
1 cup washed hulled strawberries
1 medium tart apple, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons liquid honey or brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest (optional
For the Cinnamon Chips: Brush tortillas lightly with water; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Cut into wedges.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until golden and crisp.
(This on it's own is wonderful. Also, I have brushed tortillas with cajun spice as a snack seperate from this entry).
Salsa: In a medium bowl, mash strawberries; add apple, honey and, if using, orange zest.
Serve with Cinnamon Chips.
(I mashed some strawberries, and diced some, just for texture variety).

I usually spend hours in the fall making apple chips. Low sugar, low fat and super-tasty! Just soak thin-sliced apple in sugar water (1 cup sugar 2 cups water warm on stove) for 10 minutes, then arrange on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake at 400º until they go crisp.

You are SOOOOO right! Sweet Potato chips are VERY nice!!! I often do potato and sweet potato chips together with a mayo dip as snacks for barbeques!!!! Cut them thin (leave the skins on) and fry them until they are VERY crispy (but not burnt!!) Half cook screw noodles then dry and deep fry - sprinkle with your fave spices!!!

just normal potato chips.
salt & papper is always good. add little bit garlic powder.
I also tried with Ramen Noodle's spice.
It was pretty good with any of them.
but don't put too much!
{you can also make fried noodle with left spice and noodle.
boil the noodle (not 3min. 2min. should be enough)
put oil into the frying pan and put noodle and left spice.
you can add ham/bacon/sliced pork, cabbage/geen bean/any vegetables.
cook with high heat and mix well.}
