Good-looking in who's eyes? God doesn't judge on looks, He judges the heart.
What people consider "good-looking" only lasts for a while. God knows you deep inside and your heart and your motives, etc.
If you have such a low self-esteem about your looks, maybe you should seek counseling.

Know very well that Allah has not oppressed any one.
He may give some one else something that He didn't give you or gave him more than you.
But you should look at the situation from another point of view, this "thing" you consider as a blessing may be indignation for him, may be Allah has given you something else that the other man does not have and that last blessing is more precious than the former one.
And KNOW very well that every one will be asked (not to be informed of course as Allah already knows every thing, but to settle account with them) about blessings Allah has given him in life and what he had done with it then .
"Then on that Day you shall be asked about the delights (you indulged in, in this world)!" (Surah 102, Verse 8)
And another perspective of this situation:
Allah is very wise in his actions, so just trust His wisdom to give you this amount of smartness.
Last, but nit least, you must have more self confidence more than this, I'm sure you have many good qualities, find them, use and improve them, THEN BE HAPPY.

I assume that you are trying to blame God because you are not satisfied with your looks. You cannot blame God for anything---he is blameless. Who are you going to hold God accountable to? There is no one higher than God. He created you the way that he did out of his own wisdom, which is higher than the highest wisdom of the wisest man that every lived---who happens to have been Solomon, who got his wisdom from God. The Bible says to be content with what God has given you. This is one of the ingredients for happiness in this life. If Jesus is your Lord and Savior, then be content in the knowledge that you will be given a new body in the resurrection of the saints, a body like that of Christ. You only live on this earth for a short time---60-80 years, but eternity is forever. I am quite sure that when you get to heaven you will be delighted with what God gives you. Jesus loves you.

Outward appearances are partly the responsibility of your parents. God works his beauty through the soul. Your body is temporary and fleeting. God deals with you on an eternal basis. Beauty within can physically change your outward appearance. I have met some people with severe physical handicaps that you would, at first glance, consider ugly. They have a beautiful soul, and once the open they mouth or you look into their eyes, you can see it. Physical beauty is fleeting at best. We all get old.
God gives everyone gifts, not everyone gets the same ones, but we all get them. Then, on top of that, we get blessings. If we follow his Word, we get rewarded, different rewards for different things. It's not want we have given to us individually at birth that really matters, it's what we do with it and the choices we make afterward that make us truly beautiful inside and out.
You are a combination of everyone that you have know, and everything that you have done. Everything in your life has lead you to who and what you are right now. If you don't like who or what you are, it's up to you to change that. What we have is God's gift to us, what we do with it it our gift to God.

Umm... No its not justifiable directly, you can only blame God for creating average looking ancestor bloodline of yours...
You can maybe blame someone within the ancestral bloodline who could have chosen to marry the purdy people to make pretty genes but didn't... instead chose Love over Genetics. So blame Grandpa.... or Great Grandpa if Grandma was purdy.

The uniqueness of human condition is reflected in this question. We humans try to gauge ourselves from other's appreciation or imitation. God is responsible to only create the universe with all its contents and intents as programmed by itself in a self defined space-time cordinated relativistic existence as a subset of his eternal existence and omnipresence. Wheather we blame or hold God to contempt is same as self condemnation since the gross material world as well as every living cell in our physical bodies belong to only the subset of creation as a by product of a subtle universal mind dynamics which has freely evolved but not intentionally created by God.

It is not God's fault that your parents got married and created you
He did not say you will be ugly and brad is to be gorgeous, it has to do with the genes of your parents and for fathers and has nothing to do with God saying you won't be good looking.
If you want to be upset with someone be upset with your parents.
Therfor it is unjustifiable to blame GOD

When you speak of God that is not in a manner of respect, you are doing this...
Mark 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation.

I suppose, but then He might hold you responsible for caring so much. Celebrity status belongs to God and amazingly virtuous people.
