What would you say in English?? In fact I use to actue, not to talk... Anyway, you may tell him that you like to be with him and you love him, and so on, I don't know, you may say him:
'Cariño, estoy muy bien contigo y te quiero mucho...'
'Darling, I'm very good with you, and I love you a lot...'

This is not a good idea. remember latino heritage is diferent from anglo heritage. but You can say. How about telling him that you wish to wait before you get pregnant. How about telling him that you are worth waiting for. How about telling him that you are in love with him but you need to learn more about who we are. Getting serious in not for the young but graduating from high school is a serious thing. I have never understood why a girl would want to get pregnant before she able to earn a dime or see the inside's of a college. Why are so many having babies before they reach their 16th birthday. Why do they believe that having a baby proves my love and not just how stupid they are...... This is a very confused world we live in, and a baby having a baby just seems a stupid way to show self- respect for one's self..........................
